I have placed an order but not received an email confirmation.
The email may have been caught by your spam settings. You can go to the ‘Your Account’ link in the top left of this page and click on ‘Order History’ to see your order.

My order says ‘Processing”. What does that mean?
It means we have your order and payment and are waiting to ship it out.

My account says the order is cancelled but there are two (or more) orders underneath that are processing.
We split your order into smaller ones to send out to you due to the system we use. The shipping charge is split too.

Will I receive more than one parcel?
If your order has been split, then you will receive more than one parcel.

How long will my delivery take?
We send out by Royal Mail First Class. Your order should be with you in 5 working days from placement.
