Can I buy lip balms in the store?
We are sold out of Lip Balms so please keep an eye on the store for more news as we plan to have them back in during the summer 2010.
How can I check my purchases?
Log into your store account (see the ‘My Account’ link in the top right corner of this page) to retrieve your details.
Can I order items for delivery outside the UK?
We do not ship items to places outside of the UK. If you are aboard you should request that a friend in the UK signs for your items and give their address as the delivery address.
What should I do if my goods don’t arrive?
Check your notification of posting email and allow 5 days. You can also check your store account with Intashop for information on if the goods are 'pending' (we are processing the order) - or 'posted'
